Banks borrow money at a low interest rate and loan it to consumers at a higher interest rate. Pretty simple stuff. For example, if you have good credit and a job you can go to the bank, fill out a mortgage application and be moving into your new home in about 30 days. The bank will borrow the money from investors at 3% and lend it to you at 7% so you can buy that house. So its really pretty simple what the bank does…..borrow and then lend at a higher interest rate and get filthy rich from doing so. The irony here is that its probably your CD money or some other form of investment you have made with the bank that is being lent out.

So how can I make a lot of money with a small amount of risk you ask?

That’s simple, just invest in private mortgages…like the bank does.

Here's how the program works:

We find real estate in Central Florida that can be purchased for far under its market value (80% of its actual value or less). This is where you come in. We borrow the funds from you (now playing the role of the bank). We give you a promissory note and a mortgage…amongst other things. The promissory note is our guarantee to you that we will pay you 12% interest on the money you lend. The mortgage is attached to the undervalued real estate on public records, so the house can't be sold without you receiving the full amount of your loan. After you make the loan, you will receive monthly payments from our company of 12% interest only of the amount you lent for us to buy the real estate. For example, if you issue a mortgage in the amount of $80000.00 on a property that has a market value of $100,000.00, you would receive monthly payments of $800.00 each and every month until your loan is paid in full. The best part is that the principal amount never changes. If we keep the mortgage open for 5 years, you would receive the payments of $800.00 every month and when we sell the property and pay back the loan in full, you would get a cashier's check for $80,000.00.
